    Annie Zaidi brings over seventeen years of international accounting and audit experience, shaped by her work with KPMG Pakistan and PwC USA. Trained and groomed as a professional accountant with these globally respected firms, she has developed deep expertise in external auditing, internal control evaluations, and compliance with international financial reporting standards.

    Her career has spanned multiple countries and cultures — including work in fragile and conflict-affected regions — where she learned to apply best practices in complex and challenging environments. Annie’s extensive background covers Public Financial Management (PFM), good governance, external auditing, the COSO framework, and multiple financial reporting standards, including IFRS, GAAP, and IPSAS.

    Through her work, she has strengthened organizations’ financial systems, led audit teams, and mentored accounting professionals across sectors. Her leadership style emphasizes capacity building, ethical practice, and collaborative growth, which align closely with the mission and values of Zaidi Accounting Group.

    With over a decade of experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and process optimization, Wajahat Zaidi brings deep expertise and leadership to every client engagement. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations streamline their accounting operations, strengthen compliance, and make data-driven financial decisions.

    Wajahat has served in key accounting roles across industries, including technology, manufacturing, real estate, and retail. His professional experience spans respected companies such as Eagle Eye Networks, Ouro Global Inc., American Campus Communities, and Guardian Bikes, as well as consulting engagements through Robert Half.

    His hands-on leadership style is rooted in accuracy, accountability, and efficiency. Known for implementing best practices that simplify complex financial processes, he has guided multiple organizations through system transitions, audit preparation, and financial reporting improvements.

    Beyond his corporate experience, Wajahat is an entrepreneur at heart. As the founder of Austin Chai Wala, a successful food-service venture he launched and scaled, he developed a strong understanding of small-business operations and the challenges owners face in managing growth and compliance.
